Canadian Expat Chef Spike on Iron Chef America

See Chef Spike Mendelsohn on Iron Chef America featured on Sunday March 7th. The Montreal native, takes on Michael Symon in the first episode of the year. The episode is also scheduled to air March 8th at midnight and March 11th at 8 PM on the Food Network. Stay tuned to future updates on Chef Spike's new cookbook, new restaurant and an announcement with the Canadian Expat Network.
