Terry Fox Run in New York City

The Terry Fox Run for Cancer Research
took place Oct. 16th, 2010 in New York City. A 5K fun run for all ages and a
wonderful family event supporting cancer research at the Memorial
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York in the name of a true Canadian hero.
Over $150K was raised.
Congratulations to all who
contributed and participated. Special acknowledgements to run organizers Ken
Ottenbreit and Jeff Berman.
Special guest on hand this year was
Judith Fox-Alder, the International Director of the Terry Fox Foundation in
Canada and sister of Terry Fox, the Official Starter for this year's run. Next year's run will be Saturday,
