Charlotte, NC Event: Canada & NC: Driving North American Competitiveness

Charlotte, NC Event: Canada & NC: Driving North American Competitiveness

Join us as we welcome the Consul General of Canada in the Southeast, Ms. Louise Blais, for networking and robust conversation.

Canada and North Carolina have a robust economic relationship that we should continue to grow. Canada is North Carolina's number one trading partner and exceeds $10 billion in bilateral trade every year, supporting well over 243,000 jobs in the state. As prosperous as our ties are, we can always do better and that's exactly what we're planning to do by fostering greater investments and exchanges.

While both of our economies continue to recover, it is important to continue our efforts to push our economies for further expansion.

We hope you will join us on April 28 to celebrate our accomplishments and make a pledge to our mutual continued success.

We look forward to your participation.
