Governors Send Letter To Congress Asking For Increased H-1B Numbers

On September 11, 2007, Governors from 13 'tech-heavy' states sent a letter to Congress asking them to increase the H-1B cap. Pointing out that our current H-1B cap was set back in 1990 and doesn't reflect current needs, the Governors said raising the cap was crucial for our nation's economy and competitiveness.
